Refund policy
We have a conditioned return policy, which means you have to contact us immediately after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us or email us at hi@zagazoo.world. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Products can only be returned/exchanged in case they arrive damaged, with any defect, or if you receive a wrong order. Please check your order upon delivery and contact us on the same day of the delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to return/exchange your order.
Customized/Personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Damage needs to be claimed same day of delivery.
Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in 1 or 2 days max. after the order is placed. Contact us and we will tell you the status of the delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve accepted your return form, and let you know when and how you will receive your payment. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund.
